Measure the room and record the operating conditions first. Compare values at the same speed and under similar conditions. A marketed room area is not universal; volume and target airflow are more transparent.

Limitations

Outdoor conditions, building leakage, open doors, ongoing sources and furniture layout can materially change performance.
